POPjisyo can be used for individual word look-up as an online dictionary, but perhaps its more useful feature is adding pop-up hints to websites and blocks of text. It supports English ↔ Japanese, Chinese → English, Korean → English, English → Spanish, and Japanese → German. This is a veeery useful tool for students!
