Kanjibukuro

Kanjibukuro allows you to search Japanese kanji and Chinese characters to find alternate forms of the same character, or the version of the same character in the two other languages. You can use this tool to compare how a character looks in modern Japanese, traditional Chinese, and simplified Chinese. It's very interesting! There are no actual definitions that come with this dictionary, though.
