Dr.eye
Dr.eye is a simplified Chinese↔English dictionary with both Chinese and English interfaces (although it might be a little challenging to find the English site). The dictionary part is pretty no-frills -- type in the word, get the definition, and that's that. Why it's called Dr.eye is anyone's guess.
