Infoseek Rakuten
Infoseek Rakuten's service is very similar to Excite Japan and Yahoo Japan's (and even uses the same system, Cross Language) but it is iimited to translations to and from Japanese. Interstingly, it also features a western dialect (Kansai-ben) version of the translation as well. The translated Japanese text are then automatically imported into a search bar below so that you can search the web directly with the given results.
