Translators Café is another hub for translation resources, work, and finding a translator or translation agency. It also has pretty active online discussion boards and a lot of information for translators. We haven't done any statistical analysis or anything so don't quote us on this, but on any given day you might find 15 - 20 project postings across all language pairs. The problem, though? Their servers are very often down or overwhelmed. Veeery often.
