Translator Pub

Translator Pub is a translation portal with all of the basics -- job postings, a directory of freelancers, articles, glossaries, and a discussion board. It has quite a few job postings -- up to 40 or 50 on some days! -- but to bid on them you usually have to have a paid membership. It's free to search their directory of freelancers, but you have to sign up for at least a free basic account.
