Trally

Trally is a directory of translators and translation, interpreting, proofreading, and subtitling jobs. General membership is free, but, as usual, there are a lot more benefits that come with Level 2 and 3 membership. General members cannot quote on all projects, for one. It is free, though, to post projects. It also isn't free to search and contact translators through their directory. From what we can tell, Trally isn't terribly active but not dead either -- you will probably find around 10 jobs per month across the board of languages. Trally also maintains a list of books on localization.
