Language123 hosts a directory of some 27,000 translators by specialization, country, language, and other criteria. It's also a place where translation buyers can post their projects and receive quotes (for free!) -- there's enough activity here that you're likely to find something almost every day. For translators, it's free to have an account and be listed in the directory, but to answer job postings a premimum account is required.
