Freelancer Support hosts a searchable directory of translators, interpreters, and translation agencies -- and it's also got job postings. It isn't dead but it's not terribly active -- you'll maybe see a post for work every couple of days. It's free to maintain a profile and to post jobs. Oh, and there is tons of advertising, especially on the job pages.
