Aquarius is a fairly active online directory of translators and translating projects. For translators looking for work, there are maybe 5-10 new postings each day across the board. While membership is free, Business Class membership gets you preferential listing, unlimited searches, and immediate access to bid on projects. With exceptions, job listings also seem to be focused mostly on European languages.
