What about the typical layout of the language you translate into?
I work mainly from English into French, which is my native language, at all 3 levels, and the quality of my translations has been downgraded several times simply because of the indents at the beginning of each paragraph in Word documents, a feature of the French language that we learn right from primary school. So, do you think this is fair and in-keeping with the demanding tests at pro and proof-reading levels, even though what we are doing is digital translation?
